Studio has been running for 10 years now. We are located in the elevator building on Parliament Street in the Baltic triangle area of Liverpool

20 years of making records.
Are there any particular music genres that suit your recording style?
We work with electric and acoustic instruments but also have plenty of experience with programmed music.
As well as a top notch selection of microphones and outboard we have full back line (drums, piano, Fender Rhodes, guitars, bass, several guitar and bass amps (MARSHALL, Ampeg, Fender, Hiwatt, Vox, Selmer…) as well as some analogue synths (juno-6, Ob-6, MS-20, Moog…).
Can your studio accommodate both large bands and single artists?
We can record live Bands and single artists yes.
Do artists have the option of recording ‘live tracks’?
For demo yes, usually a re-recording of the vocal will be beneficial
Can you give us a run down on what recording equipment you use and also if there is equipment in the studio that bands can use (amps etc)
Please see our website for detail, too much equipment to list here. > http://www.whitewoodrecordingstudio.com/gear/
How much studio time would you recommend for a band looking to record a demo (3 tracks)
Depends on scale and scope but we tend to record releases and singles. We don’t really do hourly session do would recommend a day for this.
